Oguz Kislal’s PhD defense
In October 2024, Oguz Kislal successfully defended his PhD thesis entitled “Fundamental Limits of Ultra-Reliable Low-Latency Communications” [pdf]. Oguz was jointly supervised by my colleague Prof. Erik Ström and myself.
The faculty opponent was Prof. Alfonso Martinez (Universitat Pompeu Fabra, Barcelona, Spain) . The grading committee consisted of
